Ok it's not rocket science... Exercise more, eat less calories and you will lose weight.
Easier said than done, we will provide you with all the support you need to change your eating habits. All it takes is a little re-education and some simple do’s and don’ts when eating and shopping and it will soon become second nature.
We don’t believe in giving you a new diet (which you will stop doing when you have reached your goals) but actually encourage you to adapt to a completely new way of eating, shopping and enjoying your food. We are not going to stop you from eating out but try and make it easy for you to eat sensibly by giving you some simple techniques to follow. All you need is a little self-discipline and somebody to point you in the right direction.
Motiv8me has helped a wide range of people to shift those extra pounds. Losing weight will not only make you look better but you’ll feel a whole lot better too. Our clients have said that they have more clarity in their thoughts and feel more positive towards their daily routines from getting up out of bed in the mornings to sticking to a regular exercise regime. We would put this down to the fact our clients are encouraged to eat foods that elevate energy levels naturally, reducing the amount of “bad foods” they consume which normally result in energy dips and mood swings.
Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight, in fact the slower the better, but if you follow a few simple principles you are guaranteed to lose that excess weight for good.
